VEDANTA PAPER ON 6th JULY
Recruitment for Vedanta:
It was started with an Aptitude test.(35 questions, 50 mins)
First 5 questions were based on a bar dia. about demand and
production.
It was followed by quantitative part consisting of following
chapters
1) Time and distance (examples on train)
2) Time and work
3) Percentage
4) Average (batsman's avg 'x' after 16 inninngs. he scored
90 in 17th and his avg increased by 3. find avg after 17th
inn.)
venn dia. (5 marks) :
diff. geometrical shapes were related with each other and
based on that 5 questions were asked. (refer R.S. Aggrawal
verbal and non-verbal reasoning)
A puzzle was asked (5 marks) based on 6 person A,B,C,D,E & F
belonging to different centuries and interested in hindi,
marathi,tamil, etc. languages.
It was followed by some questions belonging to coding,
series completion, etc.
Written test was easy to crack. Out of 27 students 19 were
selected for G.D. but somehow G.D. was cancelled. Next was
the technical interview along with HR. And finally out of
19, 12 were selected. Believe in yourself. They need honest,
energetic and confident candidates.
