GENPACT PAPER ON 19th FEBRUARY
hi all..,
I'm Shinoj. I got placed in Genpact Software Solutions on
Feb 19th. PLEASE DONT CONFUSE THIS FOR GENPACT BPO. THIS IS
FOR SOFTWARE FIELD ONLY.Genpact selection procedure is an
easy one. They called BE/BTech/MCA final years with 60% (for
current course only).
They started with an introductary presentation of about one
hour. A speech and a power point show. Very soon they
started the test. it contain english(passage reading),
analytical, reasoning, maths etc. test was an easy one. Half
of the candidates passed the test.
Soon the GD started. it was by groups of 8 persons. My topic
was "India v/s China - Software Field". Try to say valuable
points. Results came soon. About half of the people cleared
the GD.
Next was the interview. It contained two interviewers. one
for tech and ane for HR. Technical part were full of
puzzles, mainly work related ones. HR was same as the common
HR questions by all other companys.
1. if i give you 1000 Rs. now, what will you do with it?
2. Where will you see yourself after working for a five
years in genpact?
3. Why do you want to join Genpact?
4. Suppose customer asked you to submit project report 2moro
what will you do..? etc etc...
Results came soon. about two third got placed.
