About the Institute :-
The march of IFIM B-School is always in step with these changes. Here,
an entirely "new school of thought" is emerging where the
future managers are willing to experiment by modifying with the local
prevailing conditions and experiences; the blending of Eastern &
Western management thoughts and styles forms the continuing scheme
such an experiment.
The
Institute has emerged as a leading Centre of Management Education,
Research and Consultancy. In addition to offering full time courses,
the Institute offers a number of specialized trainingprogrammes in
education aimed at enhancing professional practice along with
advancing technologies and contribute to the creation, application and
extension of knowledge for the benefit of society.
The Institute is managed by 'Centre for Developmental Education' (CDE),
a society, registered under the Karnataka Societies Registration Act
1961. IFIM B-School is situated in the sylvan surroundings
of the Garden City of Bangalore.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline with 50% aggregate. Strong communication
Skills (English) necessary.
Campus and
Academic Facilities
Accommodation/Hostel Facilities :
Students are
provided comfortable hostel accommodation. The Institute continuously
monitors the management of the hostel in order to maintain the
standard of service and quality of boarding facilities.
Recreation :
Cricket and Management related games are conducted regularly
Catering :
Catering facilities are being provided. Mess committee would draw the
menu to look into the interests of inmates tastes as regards boarding
is concerned.
Health and
Welfare :
Regular morning
yoga classes are conducted by expert instructors.
Computer Lab :
The
Computer Lab consists of about 66 systems with Internet and Email
facilities. The students strengthen their IT competence through online
project preparations and presentations. The systems are constantly
upgraded and their numbers increased to meet the growing needs. The
computer laboratory is open from 8 am till midnight
Library :
Library stocking over 6000 volumes of related management books is a
very useful information center. Over 65 Indian and Foreign
periodicals and journals and other publications add to the impressive
wealth of information. The Library is usually opened from 8 a.m to 8
p.m on all working days and on Sundays and in holidays for limited
hours. |
