Eligibility
An applicant should have a minimum of three-year bachelor's degree or
equivalent in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian
Universities / AICTE as (with a minimum of 50% marks) eligibility for
Master in Business Administration (MBA). Candidates appearing for the
final examination of the bachelor's degree (or equivalent examination)
can also apply subject to furnishing evidence to that effect latest by
the date of counseling.
Campus and
Academic Facilities
Campus:
TIMT is located adjacent to the MLN College campus and is surrounded
by various educational institutions, thereby making the environment
more academic. The campus is delightfully planned and is adorned with
impressive buildings, gardens, lawns and shaded avenues.
Computer Laboratories: State-of-art 4 computer laboratories
equipped with latest Pentium-IV Computer terminals. Round the clock
computing and Internet facilities through DIAS, LAN Structured Cable
Networking in the entire institute, with variety of Operational &
Application softwares is available.
Audio-Visual Labs & Lecture Theatres: The Institute is equipped
with a complete array of teaching aids and Audio Visual equipments,
like LCD projector, VCD player and OHP. Management and IT related
CDs/DVDs/Video Cassettes are frequently used to make teaching more
effective and meaningful.
The Library: Fully Computerised, well stocked Library
consisting of more than 6000 titles along with 90 National /
International Journals & Periodicals with an impressive collection
VCDs/DVDs/ Video Cassettes and Encyclopedias on Management and I.T. /
Computer.
* The issue & return system is handled with specially designed
computer software, connected through LAN.
* Use of Bar codes for quick and foolproof issue return.
Conference Hall: An ultra modern fully air conditioned
conference room having a sitting capacity of more than 300, for
conducting seminars, EDPS & Workshops.
The Gymnasium: The biggest gymnasium hall of the area having
excellent fitness facilities & a large variety of exercising gears are
available to the Students.
Hostels: The institute has separate hostels for boys & girls
with occupancy capacity of 325 & 450 respectively. The girls hostel is
the most modern complex, equipped with a host of ultra modern
facilities & indoor games. |
